8 sessions to get you on track of a fitness/health program. Sessions include setting goals, discussing challenges, and a workout along side you in your home for 1 hour. Goal-setting, nutritional tracking and education done through a combination of in-person and web/email communication.
I come to your home or business, and offer a 1-hour complete Yoga and/or Pilates workout with you. This includes stretching, breathing, ab work and mind-body techniques to help you de-stress, retrain your muscles and help you gain your mobility.
