I've struggled with my weight and self-image my whole life.
It wasn't until I had my second child that I discovered that health was a matter of making small steps every day. Gone were the days of binge eating and fasting. Once I decided to stop dieting and start taking care of my children's mother, the weight dropped off, I built muscle and found more energy.
I am passionate about sharing my discoveries with you. Everyone can do this.
I am convinced that the principles of Yoga touch every part of our lives, and I incorporate the teachings in my fitness program.
